TalenexPro Subscription and Credit Refund Terms

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use (ToU) of TalenexPro, operated by Talenex Inc., a company incorporated under Canadian law. It outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for subscriptions and credit purchases.

2. Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to:

  • The annual Pro subscription
  • The purchase of additional credits

It does not apply to free accounts or free credits obtained through referrals or promotions.

3. Refunds for Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription may be refunded within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that:

  • No included credits have been used
  • No exchanges have been completed

If any credit has been used or any exchange has taken place, no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds for Purchased Credits

Purchased credits are non-refundable, except in cases of a technical error attributable to TalenexPro or duplicate billing. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.

5. Force Majeure or Technical Issues

In the event of a billing error, technical failure, or issue preventing access to the service, Talenex Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer:

  • A compensatory credit
  • An extension of validity
  • An exceptional refund

Each case will be evaluated individually.

6. Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to customer support at: info@telenexpro.com

The request must include:

  • Full name
  • Email address associated with the account
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for the request

Processing may take up to 10 business days.

7. Payments and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (Stripe or Paddle). The time to receive the refund may vary depending on the banking institution (3 to 10 business days).

8. Acceptance of the Policy

By purchasing a subscription or credits on TalenexPro, the user agrees to this Refund Policy. This policy may be updated at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform.
